BANGSI BATANA OIL — SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final once the ziplock and seal have been opened.
For any refund request, the item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned undamaged (final determination will be at our discretion)
- Shipped back at the customer’s expense
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full or partial refund may be approved based on its condition.
Opened or tampered packages cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
Shipping Policy
Pre-Orders
Bangsi Batana Oil is sourced fresh from overseas in small batches. Because of this, pre-orders require a 4–6 week turnaround time.
Timeline Breakdown:
- 3 weeks for us to receive the fresh oil in bulk from our supplier
- 2–3 weeks for hand-pouring, curing, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment
Once your oil has arrived at our facility and your order is being actively prepared, you will receive your tracking number.
Receiving tracking means:
✔️ We have the oil in-house
✔️ Your order is being poured, cured, or packaged
✔️ Shipping is underway soon
Every bottle is made by hand in small batches to ensure maximum quality.
Delivery & Damages
Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage, leakage, or delays caused during transit.
Because Batana oil is a natural product, some shifting or mild seepage may occur during delivery. This does not affect product quality.
