Refunds: due to the nature of the item, once the ziplock and seal has been opened, the item cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for returning the item undamaged (left to my discretion) and the shipping fees in order to receive a full or partial refund.
Shipping: theirs is 2-3 weeks turnaround around time with preorders since the items are coming from overseas. There is a 3 days wait with none preordered items. Once the items leave my facility, I have no control with damages at any capacity.
