About this product:

Shea Butter is an extract of Shea nuts. The shea nuts come from a tree called Vitellaria paradoxa also known as shea tree. Spread out along the sub-Saharan belt, the Shea tree is found from the eastern side (Ethiopia, Sudan) through the Central African region all the way to the West African side (Senegal).

Shea butter is known for its emollient, nourishment and regenerating properties in skin and hair. It is used in cosmetic in its virgin or refined form. Shea butter is rich in oleic acid, vitamin E, A and D, saturated and unsaturated oil including Omega 3, 6 and 9 acid. In its natural state, it is thick with creamy color, and need to be vigorously rub in the palms or diluted using bain-marie to be used.

Our Shea butter is raw, unprocessed, unrefined, organic, imported from both West and East Africa and combined to give you benefits from both regions!!

Refunds: due to the nature of the item, once the sealing agent is opened/broken, the item cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for returning the item undamaged/unopen (left to my discretion) and the shipping fees in order to receive a full or partial refund. 

Shipping:  there is a 2-4 weeks turnaround  time with preorders since the oil is coming from overseas. It takes me 3 weeks to receive the oil in bulk and another 1 week to pour, cure, package and ship the oil. Once you receive your tracking number, that’s me signaling you that I received the oil and the working on your order. The process is all by hand in small batches thus the wait. Once the oil leaves my facility, I have no control with damages at any capacity during delivery. Product may shift or seep during delivery. Thank you!
